Course Code: PFA/CC5-23
The learners will be taught the fundamental principles of customer care and acquire the necessary skills for basic customer service, as well as front office duties. They will also connect these skills with the Church ethos and explore how front-office work can contribute to new evangelization.
Front office staff of The Archbishop’s Curia and the following Church entities:
- Migrants Commission
- Secretariat for Catholic Education
- Fondazzjoni Sebħ
- Church Homes for the Elderly
The course is delivered over four sessions. Each session is 3-hours long.

This course has three exit certificate options:
- Certificate of Attendance
To obtain a Certificate of Attendance, students must attend a minimum of 80% of all contact hours.
2. Certificate of Participation
To obtain a Certificate of Participation, students must attend a minimum of 80% of all contact hours and complete a short multiple-choice exam.
