Families serve as the foundational context for human development and shape our sense of identity. This seminar explores the dynamics within a family and invites individuals to explore the emotional, psychological and relational patterns in a spiritual context. It opens with an introduction to key terminology and tools, offering insight into how family dynamics shape identity, behaviour, and interpersonal relationships. Meanwhile, it underlines the ability to maintain one’s identity while staying emotionally connected to others.
