Feedback Form – Artificial Intelligence Literacy: Training for the General Public with a Special Focus on the Elderly

By submitting this Form, the Applicant, also known as the Data Subject, is consenting, agreeing and accepting to the processing and retention of personal data of the Data Subject by the he Archdiocese of Malta, of which PFI is part in line with these terms and the hereunder terms, the Data Protection Policy of the Archdiocese of Malta accessible from the website of the Archdiocese of Malta, and any other ancillary documentation of the Archdiocese of Malta, as may be updated from time to time.

The processing of the personal data of the Data Subject is necessary:
• For the processing of the registration of the Data Subject to attend the event as referred within this form.
• For the capturing of photos and videos during the mentioned event and for the use of such materials for publication on social media, websites, other online platforms and, or other promotional and advertising materials, including brochures and leaflets of the Archdiocese of Malta, PFI, and Malta Digital Innovation Authority (MDIA. Certain Personal Data such as, full names, contact information, or addresses will not be included in these materials without explicit consent of the Data Subject. The Archdiocese of Malta, PFI, and MDIA may disseminate such materials even outside Malta.

When processing the personal data for the purposes mentioned, The Archdiocese of Malta, PFI and the MDIA may make use of the services of third parties to sub-process the personal data, such as, software that enable such processing.

The personal data provided by the Data Subject may be shared with other government entities of Malta and entities of the EU, where strictly necessary or required by law, even outside Malta, and for the provision of statistical data.
Without prejudice to the mentioned policies and ancillary documentation of the Archdiocese of Malta, the Archdiocese of Malta will process the personal data of the Data Subject in accordance with the relevant provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (‘GDPR’), the Data Protection Act (Chapter 586 of the Laws of Malta) and other regulations made thereunder.
